If you like dealing with scammers and spammers and spend your time perusing the fake profile this is the site for you.

They have auto email responses. Not a real person to help answer your questions. They don’t check very thouroughly because someone hacked my info and set up shop on this website.

I signed up and then cancelled after I started receiving messages from age groups that I am not interested in. Also, some pictures I think were fake. Could not get ahold of customer service and so I tried to cancel online and then they extended out my membership (which was for a month) for 6 months. Don’t sign up. Creepy looking people. Think generally, that is is a scam. Contacting better business bureau today.

Terrible service. Can not get in touch with them. Terrible site to respond to anyone. Not a bit satisfied. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Where to start? Expensive, full of potential scammers, auto renew hidden away – really terrible service.

The majority of profiles are out of my distance preference setting. Profiles being sent that are not real. Sent out 15 smiles and no response, to me that is a scam on this site part. After being on the site for 2 weeks I am very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend to anyone thinking of pursuing this site.

Subscription policy is intentionally misleading – they will take £209 every 6 months in advance without informing you or giving you the opportunity to cancel. Do not believe the Ts and Cs which state that there is a 14 day cooling off period – they claim that this is the initial purchase only. Do not subscribe or cancel IMMEDIATELY you subscribe for the fist time

My matches on this site were ridiculously inappopriate, they totally ignored my search criteria. Lots of profiles were outdated ( they never write you back), and I can see why – they make it confusing to cancel, so people choose not to get involved in this challenge and they don’t delete their profiles.

Absolutely terrible……firstly I had no idea the 6 months fees would be taken up front instead of monthly……then to find no matter what search priorities I enter I still receive daily ‘matches’ that have no bearing on my chosen search criteria 😏. Don’t bother wasting your money on this site, you are better off looking for potential matches on popular sites. I made the mistake of trying something different due to my age but that was a big mistake and a waste of over $100. There are very, very few singles. I have a graduate degree and asked for individuals with a similar education but that didn’t happen and still doesn’t. I am trying to be careful here and not be condescending to other people and their background. It’s not what I am looking for and am not happy with wasting money on a site that definitely has false advertising.

I’ve been trying to cancel my account and it won’t take my password, trying to reset it and it tells me it’s incorrect. The call center is supposedly temporaily closed down. I have a new debit card and credit card number so I’m sure. They won’t be will be able to charge my account.

This company is nothing more than a common criminal taking your money. The site/app quality is $#*! and the service is ten times worse – if you can manage to get a hold of anyone.
